Another year, ... well.. another year!

I decide to be more honest to my blog and not fill it with arbitrary things I find interesting. Instead will actually spend some time on writing articles and short stories.

I feel I have done great injustice to the readers of this blog (chinmaya and shruthi.. hehe) by giving them out of date email forward material!!

A disgrace I say...

.....

but hey! its not new year in my part of town yet :-)

So here is one LAST thing which I found extremely hilarious... and to add on a bit of justice here is a small story -

Before I delve into the whole story, I should mention that by the end I will be introducing the band Queen into this story! so please pay attention or it wont make sense. I assure you it is worth the wait!

Not so much later in the future, in a war near you there were two main kinds of warriors. On one side we had the players, the ones who played the field like it was just a game! and on the other we had the enemies. The enemies were always the bad guys, there was no option. Nobody discussed their views or reasons to go to war, they just simply hated them. Much like walking into a shady ally on a dark street at night - anyone who doesnt smell nice is - the bad guy, right?

Anyways, this was a war of a different nature. Good guess, it was not on earth! Did the line 'of a different nature' give it away.. damn you are intelligent!

So this war was in space. A Battleship located in Sector Zero, also known as Zero wing, was surprised with a kamikazi bombing attack!

The dialogues are an english translation from Japanese, so dont complain if it doesnt sound right!

The Story begins:

In A.D. 2101, a WAR was beginning. Zero wing used to be a peaceful place where the one and only Zig-01 was parked and serviced. This ofcourse was our hero's jet fighter.

Everything was going smooth until, suddenly! there was an explosion! The Captain SCREAMED What happen ?. The whole team in the command centre was shocked and frightened, they had never expected nor scene such a scary scene. The mechanic instantly replied, "Somebody set up us the bomb".

Everyone was confused. Who would set us up? why would someone attack? The whole federation army was our ally!! Who would dream of going against us! plus we have the Hero and his Zig-01! The operator interrupted, We get signal.

The captain, really really curious to know whats on TV, asks, "What !". Only to speed up things the Operator commands,Main screen turn on.

We suddenly see an image on screen. It was not a very scary image, but I guess the person himself was scary.. the Captain was very surprised as he said, It's you !!.
The scary man was the leader of the CATS! and since he was a guest, he queried, "How are you gentlemen !!" Only to retaliate before he got an answer with the MOST famous dialogue on the planet! He said, "All your base are belong to us."
He added, "You are on the way to destruction.

It turned out that the federation army had betrayed Zero Wing and let CATS take over the world! The ever-so-positive-Captain didnt believe him and asked, "What you say !!"

The CATS Leader warned the humans to leave ASAP by saying, "You have no chance to survive make your time." Along with a laughter only devils could laugh, "Ha Ha Ha Ha .... "

Being an honest NineToFive worker, the operator wanted to know if he could take he day off, he screamed, "Captain !!"

The captain knew the HERO was on board! The Announcement was made"Take off every 'Zig'!!"
His people stared at him and didnt know how to respond... He repeated himself, "You know what you doing."
His people still were not sure of what was going on.. explosions, threats, evil laughter and then this dude who sounded like he had lost his mind! The Captain re-iterated: "Move 'Zig'."
This time he was understood... Everyone took off a Zig and tried to save the planet! Ofcourse our hero was there to save the world too.. but this story isnt about him:-)

The Captains last words before the great war began: "For great justice."

The beacon of Amun Din is lit!

I just had the most amazing idea ever!!

As can be seen from my previous post, I was listening to music and whenever I liked a part of the song I patched it up to the other parts.

This time! I figured, I watch SO many movies nowadays I should just write down lines from them..

Yes, I am very vela.. and no its not because I hardly work.. Its just that I have nothing to do after 6pm other than eating... and blogging... and mailing... and eating some more...

Lets see if someone can guess which movie I'm watching right now... :-)

"The fat one will take it from you"
"They were so alike, he and my father."
"You filthy two faced sneak"
"Go home."
"Lets find some food"
"I wish I could have seen him.. ..one last time"
"I give hope to men,I keep none for myself"
"The people are to follow your rule in my stead"
"The very warmth of my blood seems stolen away"
"Open the gate! quick!"
"Now back, up the hill, quickly"
"Get back there and smash it down"
"Grond! Grond! Grond! Grond! Grond! Grond! Gron..." and so on

hmm... its quite simple though.. I'll watch some tough movie for the next post..

-----

The BEST recipe for Pulav! I just made this today and it IS amazing!

1 glass rice
1 diced potato
1 chopped onion
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon chilli powder (or less, if your stomach cant handle it)
1 small piece of ginger, finely grated (or 1 teaspoon ginger paste)
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons tomato puree
a few pieces of paneer

Wash the rice and keep it aside.

Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan/pot (whatever you use for making rice).
Add the cumin, chopped onion and ginger. Let it heat till the onion is golden brown. You could let it turn a little black if you like your onions well cooked.

Add the rice and make sure there is twice as much as water as there is rice. Add the usual spices (salt, chilli powder and any other powdered substance you like to eat). Add the tomato puree, and let it boil. Once boiling, add the paneer. Cover the pan/pot and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.

10-15 minutes later, check if it is cooked and if it is - !! here it is ! the best way to have rice on earth!

Tastes AMAZING with curd!

If you're living alone and dont have people telling you to stay out of the kitchen, do give it a go!

am off for now, will be back tomorrow
ciao

A little lost, a little found

Last time I stayed at the De’ville,
I didn’t want to go another day.
It seemed like everyone was throwing their love away,
I thought I had a good thing going my way, so I say
Nobody ever made me feel that way.

Here I am looking at it from the outside,
The old stony walls are my memories guide.
How they danced in the courtyard
Sweet summer sweat
Some danced to remember
Some danced to forget
So I spoke up to the Captain
I said, “I'm not a perfect person”
There are many things I wish I didn't do
But I continue learning
I never meant to do those things to you

But I love my dog as much as I love you
You may fade, my dog will always come through.
All he asks from me is the food to give him strength
All he ever needs is love and that he knows he’ll get
But there is one thing he asked me for that I couldn’t give,
I couldn’t do that, oh I couldn't do that

The day she went away
I made myself a promise
That I'd soon forget we ever met.
But something sure is wrong,
Cause I'm so blue and lonely.
I forgot to remember to forget.

If I could make days last forever
If words could make wishes come true
I’d save every day like a treasure and then
I would speak with the tongue of angels
I would hold the hand of a devil
It’s warm in the night
I am cold as a stone

I’m still a little lost, just a little found…

Christmas 2005 :-)

Life has been good... and the rest has been great!

Starting Friday the 23rd at 5:45pm one of the most entertaining and awesome times of life just passed me by...

I left for a Cruise called "Colorline" to Denmark that evening along with my brother and his friends. The most amazing bunch of married couples I have ever seen! Its like these guys are college students going steady (for life) with their partners..!

I won 10 kroners on slot machines(thats close to 70 rupees), it was fun! and I am currently extremely tempted to go again but am quite sure the machines will recover their losses next time.

I got home the next day in the evening and watched Lord of the Rings Part 1 with my brother and had Tomato Soup, Garlic Bread and potato sandwiches. That evening I watched The Matrix Part 2 after my brother left, but Havar joined me for that. The next morning after Havar left, I watched A Guy Thing and then The Matrix part 3. I also watched a bit of Lord of the Rings 3.. Soon it was evening agani and time to visit Mrinal and Prachi (one of the three couples I went to the cruise with) We had a lot of fun and played some games.. I got home at around 2am.. and watched Bourne Supremacy. I woke up earlier today only to start watching Spy Game... Now watching Sin City. Also planning on watching King Kong soon.

Life is good!

Work starts tomorrow... lets see how it goes..

Blogability

Around the corner I have
a friend,
In this great city
that has no end,
Yet the days go by
and weeks rush on,
And before I know
it, a year is gone.
And I never see my
old friends face,
For life is a swift
and terrible race,
He knows I like him
just as well,
As in the days when
I rang his bell.
And he rang mine if,
we were younger then,
And now we are busy,
tired men.
Tired of playing a
foolish game,
Tired of trying to
make a name.
"Tomorrow" I say! "I
will call on Jim"
"Just to show that
I'm thinking of him."
But tomorrow comes
and tomorrow goes,
And distance between
us grows and grows.
Around the corner!
yet miles away,
"Here's a telegram
madam" "Jim died today."
And that's what we
get and deserve in the
end.
Around the corner, a
vanished friend.
Remember to always say what you mean.
If you love or like
someone, tell them.
Don't be afraid
to express yourself.
Reach out and
tell someone
what they mean to you.
Because when you decide
that it is the right time
it might be too late.

Seize the day. Never have regrets.

So here it begins :-)

Before I start talking about right now, I think I should talk about how I got here.

Once upon a time, there was a boy. He grew older and joined college. I’m rushing through that part of life cause its worth five individual posts… and I don’t exactly have forever at the airport.

While I was in college my sister got a job in Oslo with Opera Software ASA. A couple years later there was an opening at Opera for a Web Developer and guess what!! my brother was one!

He applied for the job, had his round of interviews and was taken into the Family of Opera. People there fell in love with him!!! I know all his bosses love him, I cant say about the girls he knows… :-)

A couple of years later, the saga continued, but there was no opening in Opera for little me…

Anyways, while I was working elsewhere, my sister was also working. Along with working she was touring India with the CEO of Opera Software. Much to the blessings given by the Lord and my sisters grace and the CEOs niceness and my parents liberal feelings towards where I work and ofcourse SHEER LUCK, I got to meet the CEO.

It was fun meeting him and going places. I didn’t know how rich he really was and actually offered to give him some music so that he didn’t have to “pay”…

He ofcourse didn’t let me burn anything, other than my face with embarrassment once I found out what I had just done.

Anyways, later on, I didn’t get through to Linkoping University in Sweden (yes, the place where its legal to look up women’s skirts) and was open for anything. Then came along an application to AIESEC and I became a member. Suddenly came a message from my sister asking a pretty redundant question, “Do you want a job with Opera?”

I’m sure everyone knows that I didn’t say, “yes” to that. My actual reply was, “are you kidding me!?!!?!?!?!? Ofcourse!!” much more hysterically than specified here. After which she said that I would be called for interviews etc… My mood suddenly became normal/glum again. I’d have preffered being hired without the interviews and stuff… who wouldn’t?

I was called and spoken to, and as a good boy taught to speak only when spoken to, I did the same. Thankfully, by the blessings given by the Lord and my sisters grace and the interviewers niceness and my parents liberal feelings towards where I work and ofcourse SHEER LUCK, I got the job!

Life wasn’t easy waiting for this to happen. I still had to go through all the work of getting a visa and ticket and blah and blah and blah. Two of the blah’s were very successfully completed. The Pizza’s were great! And I’ll sure miss eating food without my favourite Thi. The Mario’s prayers will certainly keep me safe when I roam the streets of Paris! Its known as a lot of things, one of them is love – Am wondering if I’ll fall in love with the first person I see? Or do they mean to say that I’ll love the place?

Anyways, I’ll leave the other two mysterious blahs – one complete one not complete, mysteries.

My flight leaves the Delhi Aiport at 1:20am, oh wait! Its late… much like everything. To clarify what I mean by that – My AIESEC membership was a little delayed, My job offer from AIESEC was in my junk mail, I got my Visa 2 days after I expected to get it. My ticket was re-booked for a later date. My job officially started on the 10th, but now it will start on the 15th. My flight to Oslo has a 6 hour stopover in Paris, which is now a 5 hour stopover – not because they second flight is leaving early, but because, much like everything, my flight has been delayed by one hour. It now departs at 2:20am and its presently 12:35am.

I am now wondering if I should even go on talking about this because I doubt anyone would read such a long post.

Enough for now… will write in India again sometime! :-)

Well… not yet…

I’m now waiting at Charles De Gaulle 2. I could have also said I’m at the Paris Airport CDG2, but that doesn’t sound too good does it?

I can now relate to all the mallus, tamilians, kannadigas, etc who are unable to communicate in hindi. They must have a TOUGH time in Delhi!! I know a few words in french, but this time I couldn’t even get myself to say ‘mercy’ scared I might say it really badly… plus you cant really say that after you leave the shop and realise ‘oh! That’s a word I could have used!!’

I was waiting in delhi at Terminal number 9 and there were about 10 terminals in all. Not too tough to move around. Now I’m at CDG2 and my terminal is 53A. I don’t know how many terminals there are, but this is 53A, not just 53.

Oh I think its time for me to go in! yay yay! Two flights in a day! Will I go right now? I may… hehay… :-)

(posted after day one at work, will mail about today later:-)

The sky is blue, so whats new?
My mood is glum, oh ho-hum.

My cats found a mouse, hiding all alone
I got out of the house, the one I call home.

drove over to the nearest high speed internet center,
drove over to the next.

I swear by that hammer owned by gimli!

actually.. here is something better.. :-)

As I sit here doing nothing - so I decide to write a poem,
or should I say the poem picks me.
It just popped into my brain, and is driving me insane.
The darn thing just won't let me be.
Now before this gets worse I hope to finish up this verse,
yes it appears I'll beat the clock.
Before I'm found and will be haunted by that beast so unwanted,
that's right folks,the dreaded writer's block.

A Prayer for the Stressed

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

the courage to change the things I cannot accept,

and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill today

because they got on my nerves.

And also, help me to be careful of the toes I step on today

as they may be connected to the feet I may have to kiss tomorrow.

Help me to always give 100% at work....

12% on Monday

23% on Tuesday

40% on Wednesday

2O% on Thursday

5% on Fridays

And help me to remember...

When I'm having a really bad day,

and it seems that people are trying to wind me up,

that it takes 42 muscles to frown,

28 to smile

and only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the face!!

Make a wild guess and tell me how many modes of transport we used!

Today, George, Tirthankar and I went to a distant city!

We started off really late in the morning at 10:15am. The trip began with a short walk a few hundred metres, and found itself inside a tempo.

A little auto like entity with a lot more padding, an excuse for seats. It fits approximately 10 to 12 people at a time - and its just a wee bit bigger than an auto. Travelling across the oceans (as mentioned by captain po in another one of our wild adventures ) we reached a place renowed for its taxi services.
But then again, instead of taking a taxi, we rode a bus to the Global Business Park, which I recently found out is the workplace of a well known Tawakley!
I work right infront of that place, and needed funds to.. well.. fund myself.. :-)

After a little walk I was taken toward a money spiller, which, as is its nature, gave me some money! and I was rich again...
In a car we drove over to the resting place of captain po and thankar shersingh rathod or just neil... I was in a hurry since we were already very late, and were supposed to be in college by 10am! I informed the two about my woes, but alas. george had ordered a muffin. the reason why we were late was settled.

We set out after the very short bite towards the bus stand, and ironicaly again, ended up taking a cab to "maadikal"
Reaching there we hired an auto (the normal types) and asked him to take us to college. on the way we saw a strange thing popping out of the ground, reading the label on it we realised it was the metro at the central secretariat! we stopped the auto immediately and neil jumped out! po followed and so did I.. it was raining, so we got drenched and then we sat in the metro all the way to delhi university.. A rick from there to college was employed, but we still got a little wet in the rain..

We met barua on the way towards to the college office walking with a girl. They taking their lunch break together from CMS, where they both work. hmm..

We conspired to embarass him by totally ignoring his existence and not acknowledging the fact that we even remotely know the guy! we tried, we failed - we just couldnt stop laughing!!! haha... neil received the best actors award for his side-profile which he presented barua.

[ I cant take it anymore! I’ll add the rest of the pics and links later and post a message about it, this one has had its share of work from me... at least for now! phew! ]

The college office people are just amazingly nice! It was 12:40 and 1pm was the deadline to apply for the Operational Research Course in DU. I walked in and asked for the certificates, I got them in less than 5 minutes!! I got them photocopied and attested, and by 12:50 I was headed towards DU! I got there by 1pm exactly but the office people there had begun their lunch break and I felt I was late. before going back I told them where I came from and surprisingly they said, come at 2pm we'll do it...

went Holistic to have lunch and was stunned to see such good food!! I had a dosa, idli, mango shake and fuit chaat! (live in a flat for a month, you'll like all kinds of food!) met ragupathy! sadly we could not keep him entertained.. he left us at 4 claiming he had to see a movie... but before that we took a rick to kamla nagar and sat in reliance for a while, and even in barista! it was fun. ragupathy was trying to decide which is better hourly, weekly or monthly wages.. sat and discussed the pros and cons of each and helped him come up with a concept.. felt good to have a brain (and just for the heck of it, here is a female brain!) George called up a friend of his and went off for an hour or two and left neil and me at reliance.. we made the best use of our time and well.. surfed the net.

I had to make another trip to DU, and ragupathy had to go home - so he dropped me there. He told me something I had wanted, not expected;hoped, not wished; and left me stumped.

anyways.. coming back to the trip, I went over to reliance to get neil and po. They were there, but we decided we would play some games before we left!

Need for Speed Underground! the game that simply kicks ass! We tried playing with the steering wheel, but george sucked at it. His best lap was almost 2 minutes for the first race! we played and played and played, and the reliance guy came over and said - "gautam, this is a trial computer, you arent really allowed to play on this machine.." thats when we ended the day and pushed back towards gurgaon - but wait! there still are many vehicles left to go!

We took a rickshaw to the metro station and went back to the central secreteriat, took an auto to hauz khas to pick up some stuff for my office from one of our clients, went over to andheria mod to catch a bus or a cab to gurgaon. Luckily we found one waiting right there. That dropped us to my office, where we got drenched again! Po and neil sat at cafe coffee day and had some hot coffee and tea, whilst I walked the waters towards my office and handed over the clients stuff that I picked up.

Went over to ccd and ordered a nice hot chocolate! and I cannot explain what a feeling it was!!

we walked a bit and got water splashed all over us, but we were drenched already so it didnt make too much of a difference.

We found a tempo, whcih dropped us closer to our place, but just not close enough... we found another cab there which thankfully dropped us off where we had first taken our morning tempo.

we were back. wet and pissed off. i now understand the pleasantness of complaining! (as long as you dont go into specifics)

The Game

three things:
1. Its a little big, so if u are on a dial up, it will take a few seconds to load.
2. I know all the bugs in the game, so please dont send me bug reports!!
3. Its not the full version! (and I'm not making it either.. ) so whatever you think is incomplete or wrong , was supposed to be made in the full version, but I dont feel like making it... hehe..

I was hoping to have a lot of comments being screamed at you.. but didnt feel like recording too much.. watch out for "Have you ever pissed off a rickshaw?"

so you think you know how to drive?

4 hours of vela... so bored I made this..

I know the game says full verion coming soon.. but I doubt I'll make it..

to stop the sound press the stop button on the right bottom corner..

there is no score or anything, and if u dont have speakers dont bother playing the game..

An old song, but its good!

Song: BOMB IRAQ

Sung to the tune of "If You're Happy And You Know It Clap Your Hands"

If we cannot find Osama, bomb Iraq.

If the markets hurt your Mama, bomb Iraq.

If the terrorists are Saudi

And the bank takes back your Audi

And the TV shows are bawdy,

Bomb Iraq.

If the corporate scandals growin', bomb Iraq.

And your ties to them are showin', bomb Iraq.

If the smoking gun ain't smokin'

We don't care, and we're not jokin'.

That Saddam will soon be croakin',

Bomb Iraq.

Even if we have no allies, bomb Iraq.

From the sand dunes to the valleys, bomb Iraq.

So to hell with the inspections;

Let's look tough for the elections,

Close your mind and take directions,

Bomb Iraq.

While the globe is slowly warming, bomb Iraq.

Yay! the clouds of war are storming, bomb Iraq.

If the ozone hole is growing,

Some things we prefer not knowing.

(Though our ignorance is showing),

Bomb Iraq.

So here's one for dear old daddy, bomb Iraq,

From his favorite little laddy, bomb Iraq.

Saying no would look like treason.

It's the Hussein hunting season.

Even if we have no reason,

Bomb Iraq.

The most academic joke I have ever been forwarded!

Once all the scientists die and go to heaven. They decide to play hide-n-seek.Unfortunately Einstein is has to seek and is supposed to count upto 100 and then start searching.

Everyone starts hiding except Newton - he just draws a square of 1 meter and stands in it rite in front of Einstein.

Einstein keeps counting......97,98,99.....100........

He opens his eyes and finds Newton standing in front.

Einstein says "newton's out..newton's....out....." Newton denies and says i am not out. He claims that he is not Newton!!

All the scientists come out and he proves tht he is not newton..........

how???????

Scroll Down

Proof:

Newton says:
I am standing in a square of area 1m square.
That means i am Newton per meter square.
Hence i am Pascal....since newton per meter square = Pascal,
Pascal is OUT.

He works accross the road!!

Early this evening, an incident stunned two people who have known each other for a very long time. I cant say how long, but lets just emphasize on the fact that it was very long.

Blogging being the craze of the days, everyone was upto antics of giving people cloues to find out who they were, to see if they could guess correctly.

turned out he works accross the street

hehe

cya!

What does it mean if someone sends you this : ??

one of those days again...

This blog is getting seriously boring, what with all the comments and 200 people reading this everyday...
it just gets more and more difficult everyday..

haha... maybe someone will read this post next year and tell me about it...

what can one do to a blog to make it more lively?

I think I'll add some stuff to it.

Another small trip

I have now decided to return to my old form of writing... metaphorical!

Early one morning, around 10am Chinoor, the lead character (back in form!) wakes up and realizes he is late. Not dead… just late for a meeting he had scheduled. A foldable mechanism was his humble abode at the moment, which he got off and figured looking good would be a nice option for the day. A new device to help ease the soles of his foot, was bought a couple of days back which helped him walk long miles, longer than they usually are. Seriously, physics is very relative – you make walk a mile and think it was a minute long, not to mention thinking that you just broke the Olympic record for speed walking; but nonetheless it would seem quite short.
Anyways, returning to the initial story, morning ablutions were done in style and ready was he to move on to dangerous territories and travel through various different states. Two to be exact.
He left his home, his joy to face a world of greed, selfishness, anger, hurry and ofcourse very loud horns! He found himself in a cab after walking for an eternity (at which point it would seem that he was either walking really slow – to spend an eternity walking and still not get there; or he was walking the wrong way)
The cab guy shouted at chinoor before he got in it a weird word –“maaddikal”
Only later did he realize that it was just a polite gesture which meant – “Good morning Sir, I am headed towards the bus stand called ‘Medical’ in Delhi. If you would like I could give you a lift till there for a meager sum of Rs. 15/- only”
Who could refuse such a polite request! In fact Chinoor let the driver know that he would be getting off a little before “maaddikal” and the driver obligingly offered him a five rupees discount!
Isn’t it amazing how a little bit of politeness can get you so far in life – 16 kilometres to be exact.

My company profile!

Gautam Chandna

A programmer who likes poetry better than prose
Both the Internet and Electronics to excel in; he chose.
Education was an adventure - yet another quest for knowledge!
Results are awaited for his final year at St. Stephen's College.

He managed a lot of Societies and assisted some Clubs.
Then read "Who moved my Cheese?" and learned about Hubs.
Student representative for the College's Technical Board,
t'was his first big break after coming aboard.

Nominated in his final year to the post of President for a Society and a Club each
(The post of Technical coordinator for six more such groups, he was able to reach)
(And the post of Systems Manager in the Student's Union, after winning the polls)
Being an Advisor to the Computer Society was also one of his roles.

Ranging from programming, planning, writing, debating and performing on stage,
To manual labour and underestimated pleasure all helped him, to himself gauge,
He works now at Xeye - he a designer at heart, whose words are in code
But thankfully there are devices to display them in the correct mode.

ofcourse this is totally unofficial. This should be what goes up in my company profile.. lets see if it gets accepted!

shocking.. but not effective.

temporary.. but not changeable.
unconcerned.. but not indifferent.

Feeling the rise in arbitrary conversations and relying on what you heard 'just the other day', I thought I'd write something more than just arbit. Something more, a little difficult to define what it should be.

What is one expected to do, when its not choices that u have to make
Living on and on, existence speaks for itself
The choices u made were'nt yours to start with, your notion of life u need to shake
Forget the things that u kept on the shelf.

hmmm... sounds like I'm not in a good mood.. but I am!?

lets try this.. have u ever heard Frank Sinatra?

not heard OF him.. have u heard HIM sing?

go ahead.. sing it like he would, the following is a happy song

---------------------

Let's talk about you... What you havent really shown
The world would like to know, What you plan to do now...

Living on this earth, we all seem to be full of sorrow.
What is it that we desire, what is it that we follow

Why dont you ask yourself, living how you are,
Do you think that the grapes are sour?

Lets not believe, in the world today.
Lets just think on our own today.
Making it seem all too true
Let see what you and I do

----------------
lets get a bit more technical.. change the voice to someone hip hop..

------------------

I just want to feel, safe in my own skin.
Is there a world out there, one that I can find in a tin.
Bound we are from the places we want to see
but do you think we should flee?

Learn to live and live it right,
Why do it when you feel like a fight.
Jump at the chance, do u think u'll get another
dont be so sure - u make it seem all unreal

Lets not believe what we see today,
Lets try and hear today,
making it seem all too true,
lets see what you and I do

------------------
anyone for an arbit rhyming song?

-------------------

Left or right with the world today,
Lets make a leap to the sky,
what part of the world do we foray
Lets just say goodbye

What is it that we still have to learn
What may I do to clean up this act
For the answers to my questions, I yearn
atleast what I need to know, is intact

Lets not believe in what you said before,
Lets try and make it seem better than before.

its time again...

yup.. its time for me to write another bit supposedly interesting and enthusiastic stuff for my blog, but how!! am not feeling interested in anything and am not at all enthusiastic about it!!!!
this is the pits! college finished, friends all over the place - but toooooo far to hang out with!!!!!!!! (all over India... hehe.. )
i was waaaiitting for this day soo desparately!!! well, actually I was waiting for the evening of the day that my exams finished.. and it just came and whoossheed by!!!! I didnt even get to say bye!!!!

I cant believe how rude I am! Would any of you jobles people reading this belive that a guy who is sooo jobless to even write this, just wasnt jobless EXACTLY WHEN HE wanted to be!!!!!!!! amazing is the world and ironic is life, put the two together and you have an amazingly ironic life!
now I understand why so many people write about the ironies of the world! my god ITS FULL OF'EM!
just the other day for instance - I was waiting for a friend in Barista and I see this reaaally nice girl! who noticed me too by the way.. (stop laughing all of those who know me!.. and for those of you who dont, ignore that note. ;-)
It was so sad.. I would have so loved to just sit there and think of the possibilities that, in most obvious situations NEVER happen! but then I didnt even get time to do that!

before I sign off.. I have to say this, "If you want to confuse an idiot try saying 'watch out for the bulldozer-its it may get a dent!'"

hehe..
